Anal itching can disturb the person and the environment. If you often experience these itching, which is usually not a cause for concern, you should see a specialist. Dr. Christal Blanchard said there are more people who experience anal itching than you might think. Dr Blanchard said there are usually three main causes of itching.
LACK OF VITAMIN
Dr Blanchard said the first reason may be that you have a vitamin A deficiency. “In fact, you can check with your doctor, who will give you a blood test that might indicate a deficiency. If you are going to start taking vitamin A, please consult with your doctor because you need to monitor your liver enzymes. ” Vitamin A for too long and in too high a dose can have serious consequences for your liver health. ”If you need to increase your vitamin A intake, you can try adding cheese, fatty fish, eggs and milk to your diet.
LOW GASTRIC ACID
Dr. Blanchard said his resistance was low stomach acid. He said you can do a baking soda test at home to find out. Low stomach acid can cause heartburn, bloating, constipation and hair loss in women. You can try apple cider vinegar on low stomach acidity and see if your symptoms improve. “Dilute apple cider vinegar with a little water. Drink it 15 minutes before eating.” Apple cider vinegar will relieve itching and swelling.
Baking soda test
You should take a baking soda test in the morning before eating and drinking water. First, mix a quarter teaspoon of baking soda in 120 ml of water. Set a timer for the mixture you have prepared and you will see how long your burp will last. If you have enough stomach acid, you will burp in two to three minutes. Burping, which lasts longer than two to three minutes, can mean low acid levels.
Dr. Blanchard said the third reason you’re not feeling well is because it’s not popular with everyone. The third cause of itching is parasites. “If you scratch at night or feel restless at night, your itching may be caused by a parasite.” If you think you have parasites, you should see your doctor, who may prescribe medicines to kill them. It usually takes one to three days and your roommates will also need to be treated.
